Placing an order

There are three ways to order:

1. Register for a wholesale account at bromstadprinting.com and shop directly with us online.

  • Any business that wishes to order from bromstadprinting.com must have a wholesale account with us. Businesses that have previously ordered with Bromstad Printing on another platform may email info@bromstadprinting.com for us to create an account for you.
  • We will evaluate your wholesale eligibility based on criteria including but not limited to store type, other brands stocked, and physical proximity to other Bromstad Printing retailers.
  • Expect to receive confirmation of your wholesale account within 48 business hours.

2. Shop on Faire via our direct link.

3. Submit your order to email info@bromstadprinting.co and wait for an invoice.

Payment

Payment is accepted via credit card and must be processed before fulfillment. Orders placed on Faire are subject to the payment terms of that platform.

All sales are final.

No returns are accepted. We are happy to provide a sample if necessary. Please request a sample from info@bromstadprinting.co if you would like to see the product in person before ordering.

Shipping

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Lorton, Virginia within 1–3 business days of ordering unless otherwise specified. 

Report missing or damaged items for replacement or reimbursement to
info@bromstadprinting.co within 10 days of receipt of order.

All domestic and international orders ship via UPS or USPS as specified at check-out. 

Need an expedited order? Please specify your desired time frame and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Same-day rush orders will incur a rush fee.

Items arrived damaged? Please save and document the packaging — we will need detailed photos of damage in order to file an insurance claim on the package.
